Flex Officer - Entry Level

About the role

The Flex Officer position at Securitas Security Services is an entry-level, full-time role located in Albuquerque, NM. The wage range is $16.50-$18.00 per hour, with hours not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and guests.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilant throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid NM DL and driver certification.
• Flexible availability to work 2 out of 3 shifts.
