About the role
The Flex Officer assists in maintaining a secure environment at client sites, enforcing policies, and responding to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol client sites for safety and compliance with regulations.
- Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations involving clients, employees, and guests.
- Report safety issues and suspicious activities to management.
- Ensure adherence to post orders and complete assigned rounds.
- Provide customer service and information to clients and their employees.
- Utilize technology devices during the shift.
- Conduct tours of the property as needed.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Above-average computer and technology skills.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
- Professional demeanor and willingness to participate in pre-employment screening.
- One year of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or military policy.
