Flex Officer

About the role

The Flex Officer assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, enforcing regulations, and addressing safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access control and patrolling various locations.
• Enforce regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• One year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience.

• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.

Pay

$23.50 per hour.
