FLEX Manager, Reservations Platform

About the Role

The FLEX Manager, Reservations Platform, is a temporary position through December 26, 2026, responsible for reviewing and approving Room Setup Tools (RSTs) for in-scope hotels. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and ensuring the execution of Marriott’s Sleeping Room Strategy. The manager will provide revenue management expertise and support the Room Setup Manager teams in completing RSTs for individual hotels.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Room Setup Tools (RSTs) for accuracy and completion across all in-scope hotels.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and continent leaders to gather input and ensure processes meet business needs.
• Work with vendor partners to develop and implement standardized processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and design solutions to streamline workflows.
• Communicate processes clearly to ensure understanding and adoption across the team.
• Provide revenue management subject matter expertise to Room Set-Up Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major plus 1+ year of relevant professional experience, OR
• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years’ relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hotel experience with knowledge of Marriott lodging systems, business processes, and hotel operations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects.
• Ability to effectively persuade and motivate stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals.
• Clear and concise communication of deadlines and project requirements.

$27.59–$47.59 per hour
