Flex Laborer/ Equipment Operator

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving heavy to light equipment operation, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light to heavy equipment.
• Perform dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations.
• Safely operate Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers, and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
6li>Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights or in tight spaces.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.
