Flex Associate

About the role

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
• Lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., plus the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Perform fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Valid driver's license required (travel to additional locations may be necessary)
• Automobile liability insurance must be maintained
• Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Access to a webcam preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time
• Lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., plus the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift

Pay

Rate of Pay $18.00
