Flex Assistant Stylist - SPV - South Coast Plaza
Key Responsibilities
- Detail preparation of samples for video shoots, including hanging, steaming, removing tags & censors.
- Ensure all product is prepped in time for the assigned filming shift.
- Maintain accurate labeling of product at receipt, during shoot, and upon return of product.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area in accordance with program and store guidelines.
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage immediately to Project Coordinators and regional Producer.
- Procure items from the salesfloor as necessary, adhering to store guidelines for dress and customer interaction.
- Partner with store logistics teams as needed to ensure inventory is checked out while filming.
- Maintain understanding of video sample process and corresponding tools.
- Communicate with program teams via Teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience.
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $21.50 - $32.50 Hourly

This is a flexible schedule, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work.
