Fleet Trailer Technician

Nutrition 101, LLC · Pendleton, IN · 1 mo ago
Management$28–$31/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Company Overview, Job Summary, Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Salary Description, Schedule, Physical Abilities (maybe under Requirements). We need to use

for section headings. Do not repeat job title. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove application instructions, disclaimers. Keep substantive info. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have: - About the Company (Company Overview) - Job Summary - Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities) - Qualifications (Qualifications) - Benefits (Benefits) - Pay (Salary Description) - Schedule (Schedule) - Physical Requirements (maybe under Requirements) But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Company Overview: "Nutrition 101 LLC – headquartered in Pendleton, IN - is a leader in eco-friendly waste handling and innovative food lifecycle management solutions. We help food processors, manufacturers, and retailers maximize value by turning food byproducts into sustainable resources, from upcycled livestock feed to comprehensive waste management services. For more information about 101, visit www.101.us." Job Summary: "The Fleet Trailer Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing 101’s fleet of vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and in optimal working condition. This position helps prevent costly repairs, extend vehicle lifespan, minimize vehicle downtime, and support operational efficiency by keeping the fleet in peak condition. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future immigration sponsorship." Key Responsibilities list: many bullet points. We'll put each as

  • . Qualifications: list of items. We'll put as
  • . Benefits: list: Competitive Base Wage, DOE + Performance-Based Bonuses; Health Insurance Coverage & Wellness Incentives; Telemedicine for Primary, Urgent & Mental Health; Dental, Vision; STD, LTD, Critical Illness & Accident; 401k with up to 4% Match; Company Holidays & Paid Time Off; Opportunities for Career Growth and Development; Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment; Employee Empowerment Program - We are all owners! Schedule: "Tuesday - Saturday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Variable; On-call teams must be on call 24/7 to ensure smooth operations." Pay: "$28-$31/Hour" Physical Abilities: list of many items. We'll put as
  • under a section maybe "Physical Requirements" or "Requirements". Since we have a Requirements section already used for qualifications? Actually we have Qualifications separate. The posting has a "Requirements Physical Abilities:" heading. We'll treat that as a section "Physical Requirements". Use

    Physical Requirements

and list. We must not include "Reports To: Fleet Maintenance Manager Direct Report: None" maybe minor metadata; we could fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop as minor metadata. Also "Classification: Regular, Full-Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt from Overtime Department: 700 - Fleet Maintenance" could be minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short

. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

for classification etc. But we prefer few substantive sections. Could include a

with classification and department. Let's decide: include a short

at top: "Classification: Regular, Full-Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt from Overtime. Department: 700 - Fleet Maintenance." That's minor metadata. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Classification: Regular, Full-Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt from Overtime. Department: 700 - Fleet Maintenance.

That's all. Ensure no extra sections like "About the role" (we used About the Company). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings as long as they are appropriate. "About the Company" is fine. Could also use "About the role" but we have Job Summary. Might be better to follow examples: "About the role" could be Job Summary. But we already have Job Summary heading. Could rename Job Summary to "About the role". However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So they expect those headings. We should align with those examples. Let's map: - About the role: Job Summary - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Requirements: Could combine Qualifications and Physical Requirements? But they said Requirements as a heading. Could use Requirements for Qualifications+Physical? But we also have Qualifications separate example. They listed Qualifications as possible heading. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant. Better to follow: Use Requirements for Qualifications (maybe). But they also list Qualifications as example. Could use Qualifications for the qualifications list, and Requirements for physical
