What's the Job?

Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations related to sensor issues within the fleet.

Conduct detailed root cause analysis by reviewing logs to identify and resolve fleet problems.

Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for technicians, incorporating new fault diagnoses and solutions.

Perform hardware validation and bring-up procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.

Design diagnostic procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicle sectors, with a focus on perception systems and sensors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and troubleshooting safety protocols.
  • Understanding of hardware and software system architecture supporting operational environments.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts effectively.
