Fleet Specialist-Phoenix

About the role

As a Fleet Specialist, you will provide the Fleet Department with analytical and reporting support for the management of our company vehicles. This includes tracking inventory, overseeing vehicle maintenance, maintaining vendor relationships, and recording titles as well as fuel expenses. You will help protect and support Spectrum as a company and its employees.

You will negotiate pricing and purchase of safety equipment, tools, and vehicles while ensuring assets are protected and resources are used wisely. You will act as a corporate liaison for the fleet management team, contributing your expertise to the success of our growing network.

Requirements

• Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
• Enjoys problem-solving and variety in work
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Qualifications

Experience: Fleet administration experience of at least four years, buying experience of at least two years, and vehicle title processing experience of at least one year.

Education: Associate’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Knowledge of cable television services and products

Schedule

Hours are dictated by business needs, including on-call responsibilities on weekends.
