ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Need to parse the posting. We have: - About the role: maybe the intro paragraph: "Be part of a growing, successful company..." etc. Also location info: "This position will be located in: Nashville, TN Position will be based out of Nashville TN but eventually will require travel to other branch locations within Area 32. Nashville TNHendersonville TNLebanon TNClarksville TN Murfreesboro TNCookeville TNJackson TNJacksonville AR Application Deadline: September 25, 2026 Please note that the position may be filled before or after the listed application deadline. Applications will only be accepted while the posting remains active." We need to drop application instructions, deadline, etc. Also drop cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we keep location info and maybe description of company. - Pay Range: "Individual compensation is determined based on several factors, including job-related skills and qualifications, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity considerations, and the overall responsibilities of the position." This is generic, not a specific range. According to rules: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them; also avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is generic but not a specific number; it's still vague. The rule: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". This is similar to "Individual compensation is determined based on several factors..." which is essentially not a specific range; it's filler. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; travel up to 75% of time is mentioned under Qualifications. That's not schedule but travel requirement. No explicit schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time). So no Schedule section. - Benefits: There's a paragraph later: "Border States has a competitive benefit package and is a 100 percent employee-owned company." Then later: "Border States has a competitive benefits package which includes but is not limited to: Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity FSA & HSA Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Disability Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays Paid Volunteer Time Personal Leave time and more! Border States provides bonuses to their employee-owners upon the achievement of branch and company goals." Thus we have specific benefits list. So we can include Benefits section with
  • items. - Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications" heading in the posting: "Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience, required.3+ years in fleet operations, transportation, logistics or a related field, required.Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) required.Strong technical knowledge with fleet management tools such as Geotab, Lytx, Descartes, Fleetio and Samba Safety.Requirement of a valid Class a commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days.Ability to travel up to 75% of the time required." We need to preserve all substantive info. Combine duplicates. Also note "Qualifications" heading is present; we can use

    Qualifications

and then list items. - Skills And Abilities: there is a section "Skills And Abilities". We'll include Skills section. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities Essential Functions" list. We'll include Responsibilities. - Physical Requirements and Physical Activity: these are details but not specifically requested headings; we could include under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could put physical requirements under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements (since they are job requirements). We'll include a Requirements section that includes physical requirements and maybe travel requirement (though travel is also in Qualifications). But we need to avoid duplication. We'll decide: Qualifications includes education, experience, license, travel. Requirements could include physical requirements and maybe technical knowledge? However technical knowledge is in Qualifications as "Strong technical knowledge with fleet management tools". Might be better to keep Qualifications as education/experience/license/travel, and Skills as abilities, and Requirements as physical requirements. But the instruction says we can use Requirements heading; we need to decide what to put there. We'll include physical requirements and physical activity details. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, drug free, etc. Also remove "Our History", "Values", "Our Purpose", "Service Philosophy", "Service Standards", "Your career", "Join an experienced team", etc. Also remove "Additional Information" about job description summary. Also remove "Employees must be able to perform the essential job duties..." etc. Also remove "Our History" etc. Also remove "Equal Opportunity For All", "Drug Free/Smoke Free workplace", etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: that includes company description (employee-owned, etc.) maybe under About the role. Also location list. Let's extract substantive content: About the role / company description: - "Be part of a growing, successful company in an exciting and challenging field. Border States is 100% employee-owned, which means you’re empowered to make decisions, find solutions and receive rewards for your hard work." - Location: "This position will be located in: Nashville, TN Position will be based out of Nashville TN but eventually will require travel to other branch locations within Area 32. Nashville TNHendersonville TNLebanon TNClarksville TN Murfreesboro TNCookeville TNJackson TNJacksonville AR" We could clean location list: Nashville, TN; Hendersonville, TN; Lebanon, TN; Clarksville, TN; Murfreesboro, TN; Cookeville, TN; Jackson, TN; Jacksonville, AR. - Application deadline etc to drop. - Pay Range: we decided not to include. - Job Summary: "The Fleet Specialist serves as the regional fleet subject matter expert, partnering with branch and regional leadership to improve fleet performance, strengthen compliance programs, and drive safety initiatives. The position analyzes fleet operations, evaluates performance trends, and develops recommendations that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic business objectives. Acting as a liaison between the Regional Fleet Manager, branch administrators, and drivers, the Fleet Specialist promotes consistency, operational efficiency, and a strong safety culture across all assigned locations." That's substantive; could be part of About the role or separate section? Since we have About the role heading, we can include job summary there. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions (bullet points). We'll extract each. - Non-essential Functions: "Other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate." That's generic; we could include but it's not essential; maybe we can include as part of responsibilities but it's generic. Might be okay to include but it's not substantive? It's a standard line; but we can include as a bullet under responsibilities? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. "Other duties as assigned" is generic but it's still in the posting. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Probably we can include it as a bullet under responsibilities, but it's not specific. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Other duties as assigned" is not exactly that but it's generic. I'd include it as a bullet under responsibilities to preserve info. - Qualifications: list as above. - Skills And Abilities: list. - Physical Requirements: we have a table of lift frequencies etc. We'll need to convert to prose or list. Could list each category with frequencies. - Physical Activity: similar. - Additional Information: we drop. - Our History etc drop. - Benefits: list. Thus sections: About the role (including company description, location, job summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements (physical requirements/activity), Benefits. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now craft HTML. Let's write:
