Qualifications
- 10+ years in training content development and related methodologies
- Experience in safety-critical and complex training environments
- Proven ability to manage global extended workforce deliverables
- Expertise in training platforms and curriculum design assessment
- Experience handling high-volume changes and critical deadlines
