About the Role
The Maintenance Technician B performs repair and maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment, including trucks, chassis, hydraulic systems, HVAC, suspension, and drive train, under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot vehicle components and systems
- Perform preventative and corrective repairs
- Conduct line welding and fabrication
- Provide road service to ensure equipment operation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience or recent technical training
- Ability to diagnose multi-system issues
- Knowledge of light to heavy-duty trucks
- ASE certifications and a valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Basic inspection skills and understanding of work order standards
