Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer

Location: 25 Discovery Way, Franklin, MA, 02038

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience during fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure all necessary maintenance tasks are completed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the facility for both customers and associates.
• Learning and practicing minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Completing other assigned tasks under the supervision of the supervisor.

General Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside and perform manual labor.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting for extended periods.
• Use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate tools or controls.
• Safety awareness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Regular lifting and moving of up to 100 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling truck tires that exceed 100 pounds.
