About the Role
During the 12-week Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) fellowship, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of our Supply Chain Division. You will manage activities tied to efficient account operations, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, operating the account to meet those demands.
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management.
- Conduct Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the 12-week program.
- Currently participating in the DoD SkillBridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in military or other supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years managing and leading direct reports preferred.

Pay
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $70,000
Maximum Pay Range: $75,000
Compensation may be influenced by relevant experience, education, certifications, work location, market data, and internal equity. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on role level and type.
