Description
In this remote role, you will be a crucial link that keeps our mission moving forward. You will oversee and manage the full process of donated vehicles from the moment they arrive in the Cars of Hope inventory to the celebration day they are gifted to a deserving family.
- Coordinate the Fleet: Manage the identified program cars from inventory to inspection at one of our partner mechanical repair shops. This program car will move through inspection, mechanical repair, body repair, detailing, and final inspection before gifting and celebration day (12 vehicles per year in 2026).
- Collaborate with Partners: Stay in touch via phone and email with local repair shops, parts suppliers, and transport volunteers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare for Gifting: Help maintain accurate records and documentation so that each vehicle is fully ready to be handed over to its new family.
