Location: Glen Burnie, MD (required)

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour; depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Aid in vehicle check-ins, inspections, and readiness to maintain top performance.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks, clean interiors, and ensure all cars are road-ready.
  • Keep track of vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and key documentation.
  • Work closely with the service and operations teams to optimize fleet availability.

Qualifications Required

  • Passion for cars and mobility – You love keeping vehicles in top shape.
  • Detail-oriented & organized – You stay on top of schedules, paperwork, and vehicle conditions.
  • Hands-on & proactive – You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Strong communication skills – You work well with drivers, mechanics, and management.
  • Valid driver’s license – You may need to move vehicles or assist with deliveries.

Physical Demands

  • Vehicle Handling: Regularly operate, move, and park vehicles of various sizes (sedans, SUVs, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Inspetion & Maintenance: Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, or reach to inspect vehicle interiors, tires, and undercarriages.
  • Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds, such as vehicle equipment, tools, or supplies.
  • Outdoor Work: Work in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) when performing outdoor fleet tasks.
  • Standing & Walking: Spend extended periods standing, walking between vehicles, and moving around the lot or service areas.
  • Manual Dexterity: Use hands and tools to perform light maintenance or cleaning tasks as needed.
