Fleet Associate

About the role

As a Fleet Operations Associate you will travel throughout the city as part of the Fleet Operations Team to keep Zipcar vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members. Duties may include changing tires, refueling, cleaning, and coordinating tows or repairs, using foot, bike, public transit, or a Zipcar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line of the team, directly impacting member satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicles are “member‑ready” by performing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Transport vehicles to required locations using various modes of transportation.
• Coordinate tow or repair services when needed.
• Represent the company brand throughout the community.

Requirements

• Strong time‑management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with the operations team for vehicle status updates.
• Flexibility to work 40‑hour weeks, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record per company standards.
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials up to 50 lb.

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule
