Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route

About the role

Looking for an exciting driving opportunity in the western region of America? System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Responsibilities

• Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety.
• Receive real-time updates and alerts, access your pay, current trip data, messages/notifications, available PTO, contact information, and so much more through the Driver Portal.
• Drive the latest flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure forward-collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices.
• Access 24/7/365 road service staff for any repairs needed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have 4+ months of driving experience.
• A safe driving record on the road.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply through April 30, 2026.
• Must meet all other standard hiring requirements (see below).

Benefits

• Full pay package including accessorial compensation.
• Weekly pay ranging from $1,095.18 to $1,980.65.
• Annual pay ranging from $56,949.36 to $102,993.80.

• Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, then 1-9 years get 80 hours PTO, 10+ years get 120 hours PTO.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly Pay: $1,095.18 - $1,980.65.
• Annual Pay: $56,949.36 - $102,993.80.
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.
