About the role

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Responsibilities

  • Transport goods and materials including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
  • Drive flatbed trucks on regional and OTR routes.
  • Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely.
  • Operate new flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 21 years old
  • 4+ months of driving experience
  • A safe driving record
  • No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  • A background check and drug test required
  • Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice

Qualifications

  • Recent CDL-A graduates may apply through April 30, 2026
  • Must be willing to work off most weekends for a 34-hour reset
  • Home time varies by division, this opportunity is for Division 290

Pay

  • Weekly Pay: $1,095.18 - $1,980.65
  • Annual Pay: $56,949.36 - $102,993.80
  • Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57-0.71 per mile, depending on experience

How to Get Hired

  • Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL
  • Required: Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Required: 4+ months of driving experience required
  • Required: A safe driving record on the road

  • Required: A Background Check is required
  • Required: A Clean Drug Test is required
