Benefits
- Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can make $977.20- $1,978.55/per week
Annual Pay: Full-time drivers can make $50,814.40 - $102,884.60/per year
Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service. - Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.
- Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, then 1-9 years get 80 hours PTO, 10+ years get 120 hours PTO.
- Other benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, 401(k), 401(k) matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, and transition pay.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid Class A CDL
- Required: Age 21 or older
- Required: 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- Required: Safe driving record
- Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience
- Required: Background check
- Required: Clean drug test
- Required: Clean clearinghouse result
- Required: Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation.
