Benefits
- Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can make $977.20- $1,978.55/per week
Annual Pay: Full-time drivers can make $50,814.40 - $102,884.60/per year
Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service. - Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate.
- Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 - $0.79 per mile, depending on experience.
- Transition Pay: $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 for orientation for the first 2 weeks.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid Class A CDL
- Required: Age 21 or older
- Required: 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL Graduates: No experience required)
- Required: Safe driving record
- Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience
- Required: Background check
- Required: Clean drug test
- Required: Clean clearinghouse result
- Required: Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
