Schedule

• Day shift – 5am to 6am start
• Home daily

Pay

• $32–34 per hour plus OT
• $1,200 – $1,500 average per week

Route and freight details

• Route Type: Local – home daily
• Freight / Load Type: Fabricated Steel
• Handling: Heavy Touch – strapping & chaining & unloading by hand or using a turn bar
• Transmission Type: Automatic

Minimum requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1 year of recent and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
