About the role

Calling all Flatbed Rockstars! LST Group is currently seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead. If you are the “go to” for flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day. If you meet the following criteria, please apply for this role:

Responsibilities

• You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away
• You can spot quote flatbed shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads.
• You have an excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications.
• You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.
• You are able and willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team.
• You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers.

Pay

• Competitive salary paid weekly (Yes! You get paid every week, not just twice each month)

Schedule

• This can be a hybrid position. (3 days per week in office required)
