Flat Glass Technician Trainee
About the role
Speedy Glass is seeking a Flat Glass Technician Trainee to join our team at the Anchorage - Brayton Drive location. This position offers a starting salary of $20 - $22 per hour and access to our industry-leading training programs.
Responsibilities
- Learn to repair and replace residential glass using Speedy Glass safety practices
- Aid in residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl & wood replacement windows, skylights, table-tops, railings & screens
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements for equipment, materials, and operational areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
