About the role

We are seeking experienced Flat Glass Technicians to join our team at our Las Cruces location. This role offers a competitive wage based on experience and access to our industry-leading training programs to help you develop valuable skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl & wood replacement windows, skylights, table-tops, railings, and screens.
• Install and repair commercial glass, including glass entry doors, storefront metal/glass, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• State-issued Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and remain on your feet for long periods.
