Flag Football Referee - Part Time

Schedule

• Saturdays: 7am-12pm at Horizon Park and Vista del Camino Park, starting 9/19/2026.
• Sundays: 7am-12pm at Thunderbird Park and Chaparral Park, starting 9/20/2026.

Pay

• Jr and Senior games (45 min): $12-$15 to start
• Pee-wee games (30 min): $8-$10 to start
• Seniors: $20 / $13

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Background check through Sterling Volunteers
• Email address and a cell phone
• Reliable transportation to the parks

What to Wear

• We can provide a ref shirt, but we'd prefer you get your own.
• Black shorts or pants and athletic shoes.
