About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our Ibis Reserve community in Juno Beach, FL. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will oversee the physical appearance and maintenance of the property while ensuring quality service for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the occupied service request process, ensuring quality control and timeliness.
  • Oversee make-ready turn processes for all vacant units, including scheduling, ordering, performing or supervising maintenance, vendor supervision, and final quality inspections.
  • Maintain required documentation for occupied work orders and make-ready processes.
  • Control inventory by keeping a detailed list, ordering supplies and parts weekly, and managing the maintenance shop to ensure adequate stock, organization, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure smooth and safe day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain property exteriors, including buildings, trash enclosures, curbs, carports, sidewalks, parking lots, and garages.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor on property maintenance, staff, and training.
  • Conduct regular apartment and property inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Universal HVAC certification required.
  • Previous experience implementing a preventive maintenance program.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to work after business hours as necessary for emergency calls and maintenance emergencies.
