Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and amenities
• Utilizes resident, prospect, and revenue management software systems for leasing activities
• Maintains closing ratio based on community needs
• Processes rental applications for review and final approval
• Assumes responsibility for move-in program
• Assists in initiating and closing service request processes
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties
• Affords assistance in outreach marketing programs
• Helps plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required
• Must be well versed with Fair Housing laws
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Good customer service skills, communication, and sales ability
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation
• Able to work weekends

Pay

$55,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience and bonuses)
