Fixture Project Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Fixture Project Manager to join our 100% employee-owned team. You’ll collaborate with a talented group to deliver world-class visual merchandising products to some of the most successful brands in the world. This role focuses on cross-functional planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Shift available: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, milestones, and costs in collaboration with Account Executives, Account Managers, and/or Senior Project Managers.
- Gather costs for estimating based on client expectations, material costs, and labor requirements for in-house or outsourced production.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, proactively planning for workback schedules, delivery and installation wait times, and coordination between outsourced and in-house teams.
- Communicate resource needs to department managers and follow established TBG protocols for project deliverables and timelines.
- Contact and negotiate with contractors and freelancers within or below budget, ensuring all outside resources have a current, signed NDA.
- Produce projects using TBG’s systems (Pace) and follow established processes, maintaining current job orders, ticket numbers, and complete files.
- Communicate project status in real time using established project management tools and processes.
- Understand clients’ brand standards, design requirements, and quality expectations, ensuring compliance across teams.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively managing scope changes to ensure on-time, on-budget shipping.
- Collect and document project expenses and prepare invoice information for Accounts Payable.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Previous work experience as a project manager.
- Experience in digital print, merchandising fixture production, and/or the retail industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced mid-size company.
- Strong knowledge of project management software, including Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Project.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with initiative to identify customer and corporate needs.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems creatively.
- Effective time management and self-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated listening and presentation abilities.

Pay
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Range reflects our good-faith assessment based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
