About the Role

We’re hiring a fixed wing King Air C90/200 Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. This pilot will be qualified to fly our King Air aircraft on scheduled shifts (7 days on/7 days off or 14 days on/14 days off) for day or night trips. Safety is a core priority, and pilots work within a professional team committed to high safety standards for both crew and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, including compliance with FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including shift logs, load manifests, and record-keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with air/ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to transitioning pilots and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing ground and air training.

Requirements

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) certification required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Single pilot IFR experience preferred.
• Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates, hours, and cumulative totals substantiating reported experience.
• Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
• Valid and unexpired driver’s license.
• Current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate.

Qualifications

• 2,500 total flight hours.
• 1,000 PIC hours.
• 500 cross-country hours.
• 500 multi-engine hours.
• 100 night hours.
• 75 instrument hours (50 actual).
• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher.

Working Conditions

• Required to work in outside weather conditions.
• May need to deice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft, maneuvering in/out of the hangar, and prepping the plane for flight.

Pay

Annual salary range: $94,850.77 – $104,335.85.

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (must complete training and check-ride).
• $40,000 retention bonus (6-month waiting period; 3-year program).
• Up to $3,000 in relocation assistance.
