About the role
A dynamic and experienced individual is needed to join our team as an Airplane Instructor Pilot. This role involves teaching and mentoring students in the operation of fixed-wing and single-engine aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Teach students the fundamentals of flying including takeoffs, landings, and emergency procedures.
- Mentor students in the safe operation of fixed-wing and single-engine aircraft.
- Ensure all training sessions adhere to FAA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess student progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Commercial pilot license with multi-engine rating.
- ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate.
- Valid medical certificate.
- At least 3 years of flight instructor experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of aviation laws and regulations.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
