Fixed-Term Faculty (Organizational Behavior)

About the role

The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one (1) fixed-term faculty position in the Organizational Behavior academic area with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027. The successful candidate will have strong expertise and a track record in teaching business ethics, and be a creative, innovative, and effective teacher capable of contributing to the School’s undergraduate, MBA, executive, online, and other master’s level programs in the Organizational Behavior area.

Responsibilities

• Teach Business Ethics in the Undergraduate, MBA, and EMBA programs.
• Contribute to service (examples include but are not limited to committee work, professional talks, and mentoring).
• Engage in impact activities (examples include but are not limited to presentations at meetings and conferences, research, and publications in field of interest).

Requirements

• Completed PhD degree (or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resource Management prior to beginning work activities.
• Preference given to candidates with teaching experience at the university level and experience with online-format hybrid as well as virtual teaching.

• Creative, innovative, and effective teaching skills.
• Ability to contribute to undergraduate, MBA, executive, online, and other master’s level programs in the Organizational Behavior area.
