Fixed Equipment Maintenance Technician. Salary: $40 - $45 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Basic technical knowledge and skills, including an understanding of stationary maintenance concepts
- Perform structural repair or replacement of equipment parts
- Perform basic drive/component alignment
- Competent in pipe fitting from 4” and larger
- Ability to change/rebuild pump barrel-Goulds and 4GT IR pumps
- Ability to splice conveyor belts
- Ability to pack Goulds and 4GT IR Pumps
- Basic pump troubleshooting
- Competent in Grid coupling alignment
- Assist in replacing conveyer belts
- Assist in full shaft, hoist, crusher, and compressor rebuild
- Perform basic shaft and hoist repairs
- Perform LOTO
- Basic rigging and weight handling
- Basic housekeeping functions
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills and a “team-oriented” approach to the achievement of tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Appropriate trade or related qualification in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment or a related discipline
- Experience in welding is preferred
- Experience reading blueprints and fabricating from those blueprints
- Experience burning using the appropriate technique/cutter
- Ability to use layout/measurement tools
- Able to read micrometers
