FIVE Star Loan Officer

About the role

Integrity Home Lending is seeking Loan Officers who are energized, ready to rule the world, and eager to maximize lead sources and earn high compensation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a network to drive sales
• Work in a motivating team environment
• Take direction well and adapt to new sales strategies
• Show integrity in all actions
• Experience working with internet leads is a plus
• Build relationships with Realtors, Builders, and Accountants
• Show strong customer service and follow-up skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Character traits: Integrity, Discipline, Fearlessness, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to improve oneself
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Able to manage extended hours of sitting and computer tasks

Qualifications

• Preferred: 4-year degree
• Experience working with internet leads is a plus
• Relationships with Realtors, Builders, and Accountants are helpful

$100K+ per year
