About the role

Integrity Home Lending (Ranked #1 In Customer Service By Lending Tree In Q1, Q2, Top 10 Q4 Of 2025 And Q1 2026, Out Of 500+) is hiring Loan Officers who have a network they can leverage, are hungry to maximize Integrity Home Lending's lead sources, and want to see their paycheck soar.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing network and relationships to generate business
• Maximize company-provided lead sources
• Demonstrate strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Work with time constraints and maintain strong attention to detail
• Take direction well and remain open to new sales strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• Disciplined, fearless, and have a will to win
• Pipeline builders and prospecting pros
• Desire to push to become a better version of yourself
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrates integrity in everything they do
• Energized, ready to rule the world, and wants to be well compensated
• Enjoys working in a motivating team environment and searching to be the best version of themself

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working internet leads
• Realtor, builder, or accountant relationships
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay

Full-time position with earnings of $100K+ per year.

Schedule
