What You'll Be Doing as Our Fitter/Welder

• Fitting & Welding
• Quality Assurance
• Safety & Equipment Inspections
• Team Collaboration
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance
• Adaptability

Qualifications

• Experience in structural and steel fabrication
• Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW welding techniques
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding code and AISC Steel Construction standards
• The ability to pass a 3G Welding Certification
• The ability to operate Tekla EPM GO software (preferred)
• Strong physical ability - lifting up to 60 lbs. and performing strenuous tasks
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn

• $25- $35 per hour, based on experience

Fit For Duty

• The work is stressful, strenuous, and dangerous, and will include performing tasks in a combination of shop and outdoor working environments.
• You will often be in a noisy and dirty environment due to materials and machinery.
• Performance of these tasks will be required in all types of weather conditions.
