Fitter Foreman - Union

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
• Inspect and test piping systems to identify and resolve leaks, defects, or other issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all phases of work.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the field service team as needed.
• Knowledge of pneumatics a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in pipe fitting, including installation and maintenance of piping systems in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, tools, and techniques to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with welding, cutting, and joining piping components using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in pipe fitting and construction environments.
• Must know commercial a/c and have knowledge of equipment and universal EPA 608 license.
• Must be able to pass county background checks and clear driving record.
• Technical certification or apprenticeship completion in pipe fitting or related trade.
• Experience working in building management systems or industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing piping tasks.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet project goals.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
