Fitness Test Administrator (PRN)

About the role

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). The United States Postal Inspection Service, or the Postal Inspectors, is the federal law enforcement arm of the United States Postal Service.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks)
• Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance)

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience officiating or administering fitness assessments
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs

Pay

The hourly rate for this position has been established at $36.51.
