  • Responsibilities

    • Become a great ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, and our services.
    • Greet and check in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
    • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
    • Sell and set up new memberships and gain referrals from existing members.
    • Conduct guest tours.
    • Assist with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
    • Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
    • Participate in or manage various marketing events.
    • Learn and adhere to our processes and procedures.
    • Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
    • Desired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales and can work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
    • A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends.
    • Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.
