Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail.
  • Able to learn and use Club Ready software system.
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Aid with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Book and confirm introductory classes.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects upon entering the studio.
  • Conduct tours of the facility to establish relationships and understand individual needs and desires.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services to current or potential members.
  • Book high-quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes.
  • Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events to promote the club.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean and tidy.
  • Answer phone, email, and text communications promptly and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Cheap Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range from $18 to $20 with commission on membership sales.
