Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers ("intros")
- Work at the front desk, including answering phones and assisting members
- Conduct studio tours
- Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up on prospective clients
- Handle members' concerns professionally and objectively to achieve resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
- Perform all other duties as assigned
