Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers ("intros")
• Work at the front desk, including answering phones and assisting members
• Give studio tours
• Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up on prospective clients
• Handle members' concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Weekend availability required
