What You'll Do

• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Work at the front desk, answering phones, and talking to members
• Give studio tours
• Guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up on prospective clients
• Handle members' concerns professionally with the goal of resolution
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned
