Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers ("intros")
• Work at the front desk, including answering phones and assisting members
• Conduct studio tours
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Handle members' concerns professionally and objectively to reach resolutions
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Perform all other duties as assigned
