Fitness Sales Associate

About the role

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to help grow our membership base, generate leads, conduct studio tours, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions for new members;
• Achieve personal sales goals;
• Post on Social Media promoting HOTWORX workouts, products, and benefits;
• Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email, text, and phone;
• Greet members and guests promptly, and enthusiastically, creating a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere;
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members;
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns;
• Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management;
• Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience;
• Strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses;
• Evening availability, with flexibility to work daytime shifts if needed.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent;
• Dynamic, outgoing personality;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Flexible schedule (evenings and Saturdays preferred).

Skills

• Sales Experience;
• Customer Service (2+ years preferred);

Pay

$14.00–$20.00/hour (base + commission).

Schedule

• Work evenings during week from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM;
• Rotate Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM);
• Flexibility to cover occasional daytime shifts as needed;
• Commit to remaining on staff through the fall and winter months.
