The Role
We are seeking a high-energy Closer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who loves the thrill of sales and wants to make a difference in people's lives through fitness.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into clients.
- Own the sales floor and represent D1 Training with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Tour potential clients through our state-of-the-art facility and provide personalized fitness programs.
- Navigate financial and other objections to secure client commitments.
- Manage and track sales data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for potential corporate partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and performance goals.
- Experience in a similar sales role preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
Compensation is based on performance and can range from $30,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on individual achievement and experience.
