Fitness Professional Richmond Villages

Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) based at Richmond Villages Wood Norton, Evesham Road, Worcestershire, WR11 4TY. Shift patterns include weekends on a rota system, with shifts available from 8am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness classes in the Spa, including specialist classes and 1-2-1 sessions for care floor residents, along with administration duties.
• Assist members in setting and achieving their fitness goals, offering advice and encouragement during their visits.
• Manage associated administration duties and maintain accurate member records.
• Ensure awareness of each member’s health status prior to appointments and update records as necessary.
• Provide sufficient instruction to all Wellness Spa users to ensure safe exercise.
• Support membership retention by actively encouraging participation and promoting a helpful, fun atmosphere.
• Inform the Wellness Spa Manager of any relevant issues.
• Develop and promote organised events such as fitness challenges and group activities.
• Support the Spa Manager in increasing visits and revenue by promoting other spa services as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience and qualifications in instructing classes (essential).
• Experience working in spas or the fitness industry (desirable).
• Pool responder qualification and pool plant experience (desirable).
• Great patience, customer service skills, and a proactive attitude.

Pay

£13.25 per hour with paid breaks.
