Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized one on one assisted stretch sessions based on client needs
- Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and membership growth
- Auxiliary roles include assisting with local marketing efforts including community events and partnerships
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
Paid Training and Certification
No prior assisted stretching experience required. All hires complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program at no cost.
- Includes approximately 30 hours of hands on and online training
- Learn assisted stretching techniques, anatomy fundamentals, and mobility science

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in fitness, bodywork, or movement related fields, including personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy assisting, yoga instruction, Pilates coaching, dance, or kinesiology.
Successful candidates typically have at least one year of experience in fitness or movement, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others improve their health and performance.
Pay and Schedule
Mix of part time and full time positions available
- Pay ranges from $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
- Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and weekends
