Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Staffing
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they provide expert-level service and follow all company protocols.
- Maintain a productive, energetic team environment that aligns with UFC GYM values.
- Sales & Revenue Performance
- Take accountability for reaching monthly and annual goals for private training and supplement sales.
- Ensure revenue and service targets are clearly understood by the team and tracked daily.
- Work with leadership to identify opportunities for increasing member engagement and coaching revenue.
- Administration & Member Service
- Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping to ensure the gym is always ready to serve members.
- Address and resolve member concerns regarding their fitness experience or results.
- Act as the primary link between the club and regional/company offices regarding fitness department performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership.
- Certifications: Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Physical: Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor, which includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment.
